Background

The combination between Jasa Sendi (M) Sdn Bhd and Building & Urban Development Institute (BUDI) is a collaboration between two companies with different scope of works.

Jasa Sendi is a company that operates in managing projects of building inspection, building audit & consultation on inspection, maintenance and building repair whether modern building and historical heritage.

BUDI is a subsidiary company of Jasa Sendi operating in the field of education such as seminars, courses and also workshops. Such activities are carried out every year to ensure that the building managers, engineers, technicians and those who are related are exposed with the knowledge and technology project management of building maintenance, inspection, repairs and so on.

The combination between these two companies is not merely to earn profit but as a platform of preparation & sharing information based on experience of Jasa Sendi projects that have been used as case studies of BUDI to be shared to the community.
